What Roof Warranties Do Not Cover:
Storm Damage
Damage resulting from severe weather events, such as hailstorms or high winds, is not covered under our warranty. For storm-related roof repairs, we recommend contacting our team promptly to assess and address any issues.
Wildlife Damages
Any harm caused by animals, including birds, squirrels, or other wildlife, is excluded from our warranty coverage. Regular inspections can help identify and mitigate potential wildlife-related damages early.
Maintenance
Our warranty does not cover problems arising from a lack of proper roof maintenance. Regular upkeep, such as cleaning gutters and removing debris, is essential to prolonging the life of your roof. We offer a biannual roofing and gutter maintenance service to all our customers that has been extremely successful in preventative measures that will cost you in the long run.

A standard roofing warranty generally includes coverage for:

Material Defects – Most warranties cover manufacturing defects in roofing materials that could lead to premature failure. This type of defect is not common and covered by the manufacturer as well. We will work with them to correct the issue.

Workmanship Errors – If installation mistakes cause leaks a workmanship warranty can help protect your investment. We will promptly come out and get it fixed. Our maintenance crews are highly skilled at leak detection and problem solving for longevity.

Premature Deterioration – Some warranties cover unexpected wear and tear due to normal aging of the roofing system. However, you must know that this too is very uncommon and from our experience it is from lack of maintenance.
